Deposits & Payments
To secure your appointment, a £50 deposit is required per treatment, not per appointment, at the time of booking.
Payment can be made via the online booking system or over the phone. This amount is deducted from the treatment cost.
If you cancel your appointment within 7 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, have cold symptoms, or any other illness. If this occurs within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will still be forfeited.
Late Arrivals & Attendance
If you are more than 10 minutes late for appointments longer than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 15-minute appointment, the same applies.
Children are not permitted in treatment rooms. Please attend your appointment alone.
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment. Please check your appointment time as it may have changed.
Consultations & Medical Requirements
If you have paid a deposit for a consultation, please be aware that the outcome may be information and advice that you are unsuitable for treatment. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit.
As mandated by law, all new patients seeking Botox treatment must undergo a face-to-face consultation at least 48 hours before treatment.

Botox review appointments must be scheduled within 4 weeks of the initial treatment. No additional treatments will be administered after this period.
