With over 20 years of clinical experience and a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Medicine, Caroline’s work is grounded in clinical evidence and safety. Her approach centres on skin regeneration and healthy ageing, delivering refined, natural results through carefully considered, personalised treatments. By combining advanced techniques with medical-grade skincare, she supports long-term skin health, helping patients feel like a fresher, more confident version of themselves.
Committed to clinical excellence, Caroline regularly undertakes advanced training and attends leading international conferences, ensuring her patients benefit from the latest developments in aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
She is a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and a member of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BACN), Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners, and Aesthetic Complications Expert.

After spending over 15 years in the NHS, where I gained invaluable experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber, I discovered my true calling in the field of aesthetics. In 2017, I began my training in medical aesthetics, and by 2021, I made the decision to fully transition into this exciting and rewarding career.
My passion for skin health, regeneration, and healthy ageing led me to open Better You Medical Aesthetics + Skin Clinic. My vision was clear: to create a clinic where patients could access advanced, medically led treatments in a safe, professional, and caring environment.

At BU Aesthetics™, we follow a medical model for aesthetic treatments which means that the first step towards any cosmetic treatment is a thorough 45-minute consultation with our Independent Nurse Prescriber, Caroline.
This is a complimentary appointment which gives you time to discuss your skin or anti-ageing concerns and receive advice, guidance and a bespoke treatment plan from a trained and qualified medical professional and advanced skincare practitioner.
Caroline will also take a full medical history to determine if you have any underlying medical conditions, or known allergies, or are taking any medication that could make you unsuitable or contraindicated for the treatment being considered, offering alternative options where available.
All aspects of treatment, including any risks, will be fully explained during your consultation, allowing you to ask questions and have the peace of mind to book your treatment appointment or take some time to go away and think about it.
