1. Membership Overview
Club BU Memberships are structured 12-month clinical treatment programmes designed to deliver optimal, results-driven outcomes through a planned treatment pathway. By enrolling in a Club BU Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All treatments are carried out following a clinical consultation and are subject to medical suitability at each appointment.
2. Membership Options – CLUB BU
Club BU is a results-driven, 12-month clinical skin programme focused on achieving measurable improvements in skin health, tone and texture through advanced medical treatments.
Treatments are delivered in a structured clinical pathway across the 12-month programme to optimise results and skin safety.

3. Minimum Term
All Club BU Memberships are for a minimum term of 12 months. By joining, you agree to complete the full membership term.
4. Payments
All membership payments are collected via Direct Debit through GoCardless.
Payments are taken monthly for 12 consecutive months in accordance with your selected membership plan.
If a scheduled payment fails, is cancelled, or is reclaimed under the Direct Debit Guarantee, the member must rectify the outstanding balance within 7 days of notification. Membership benefits and future appointments will be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
If payments remain outstanding, the clinic reserves the right to recover any unpaid balance, including the difference between the standard clinic price of treatments received and the amount paid to date.
Initial deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the cost of the first treatment appointment.
Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your membership agreement. The 12-month contractual commitment remains in place unless formally terminated in writing in accordance with the Early Cancellation clause.
5. Treatment Scheduling
Treatments are delivered in accordance with a structured clinical treatment timeline. Not all treatments are available immediately upon enrolment and will be scheduled as clinically appropriate across the 12-month programme.
Appointment availability is subject to clinic scheduling.
6. Clinical Suitability
All prescription and advanced treatments are subject to medical consultation and provided only where clinically appropriate.
Anti-wrinkle and injectable treatments are prescription-only medicines and are prescribed following face-to-face medical assessment in line with current regulatory guidance.
7. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Standard clinic cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the treatment being deducted from your membership allocation.
8. Rollover & Unused Treatments
All treatments must be used within the 12-month membership period. Unused treatments do not roll over unless agreed in exceptional circumstances at the clinic’s discretion.
9. Products & Discounts
Skincare discounts apply only to non-prescription Obagi products. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other offers.
10. Transferability
Memberships and included treatments are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
11. Early Cancellation
Memberships are a 12-month contractual agreement. Early termination does not remove the member’s financial obligation. In the event of cancellation before the end of the agreed term, the member will be required to pay the difference between the full standard clinic price of treatments received and the total amount paid to date. Any outstanding balance will become immediately payable.
12. Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable.
13. Changes to Treatment Plans
The clinic reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
14. General
Membership benefits hold no cash value. The clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. By enrolling, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.
